The telephones are answered between 08:30 and 18:00

Reception is open between 09:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 17:30.

During lunch (13:00 - 14:00) contact for emergencies only can be made to a doctor via the practice mobile phone – 07742 485200.

On some occasions the surgery is closed half-day for training. Notice of these closures is given in advance via a poster on the front door of the building.

When We Are Closed

The arrangements for Out of Hours cover is as follows. The Surgery closes at 6.00pm on weekday nights.

All cover from 6.00pm to 8.30am on weekdays and from 6.00pm on Friday evening to 8.30am Monday morning is provided by the Out of Hours provider, DownDoc, the GP centre based at the Downe Hospital.

Patients should note that this is for emergency and urgent problems only and should NOT be used as a 'convenience'.

The telephone number to access the services at the Out of Hours centre remains 028 9260 2204.

In the case of emergency call 999: chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
